Medihub replaces spreadsheet-and-paper workflows with one role-aware web app covering what is in the warehouse and what the field team is doing. Digitizing those legacy processes cut manual data-entry errors and put inventory and sales activity in one place.
Medicines are tracked down to the individual batch — batch number, expiry date, unit cost — and every movement of stock is recorded as an immutable ledger entry rather than a mutable counter, so stock cards stay auditable. Three roles (admin, inventory keeper, and medical rep) each get a distinct dashboard behind a server-enforced permission boundary.
I engineered the MedRep side — daily coverage reports and pre/post-call logging with photo proof — so the company can monitor real-time field activity and client engagement across its sales force, with PDF exports for the records.
