As lead developer, I led a 5-member development team in creating a web-based inventory and logging system for MAConglomo, optimizing business processes that previously ran on outdated systems.

I designed the system back-end and implemented secure user authentication, admin dashboards, and medicine stock tracking modules using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap.

Throughout the engagement I applied software engineering principles — Agile methodology, version control, and modular system design — and coordinated client feedback sessions and iterative testing to keep deliverables functional and user-centered.
